The Adoring Angel sculpted by Francesco Robba on the left side of the Altar of the Holy Body in St Nicholas’ Cathedral, Ljubljana, is now available to explore in high-resolution digital form.

This Baroque figure, conceived as a counterpart to the angel on the opposite side of the altar, has been carefully documented to capture the subtle detailing of its carving and its reverent, contemplative stance.

The 3D scan was produced using Artec Leo and Canon EOS R5 Mark II, and subsequently refined in Artec Studio Professional, resulting in an accurate and richly detailed digital model that reflects the refinement of Robba’s original work.
